Right now, how much room do you have at the front bottom fender lip when you turn the wheels to when they are the closest to the fender? Check each side, doubtfull they will be 100% exactly the same.
I agree a 215/60/15 should be ok. But if you have 4.0" backspacing it may be close. And 3.75 backsping might rub.
