toss em in some hot water for a few minutes before you slip them on using slip joint pliers(I used a socket that fit over the plastic and channel locks to squeeze em on) make sure to lube the holes in the plastic that goes over the pin.
That works, but let me add to it.
Put them in the arm first and then on the stud. (just in case you were not)
Lube like stated above, and a small hole in the back of them.
Otherwise the lube seals enough that they will try to push back off when you let go from pressing them on.
They go on WAY easier.
