1967 A body Bucket seat backs and hinge covers

early on some would refer to the side pieces as dress shields since they would keep a ladies dress out of the track mechanisms.
If yoy have a center console you need only the outboard covers, one left hand, one right hand. Without console you will need all 4.
Their chrome trim is very easily removed.
You would use a dye linke SEMs landau black instead of paint.
That's because the steel has a vinyl laminate skin on it.
If that vinyl skin has scars it can be repaired.
If the spot welds that held the upper clips are broken,
that isn't easily repaired. In fact I haven't seen a good method of repair there.
I have 1 NOS 67 seat back in metallic red. Never been out of the plastic bag.
I have some number of side covers ( good used ) in gold or black or red.
