I love this idea! How did they modify chevy intakes to fit SBM?

I wanted to try this with an edelbrock Dual Quad RPM Air Gap!

Hypothetically, could you weld the aluminum to the heads and attach those (is it AFR?) polymer intake manifolds to a SBM?
(someone will ask why-colder intake fuel/air induction)
