This was the article I was thinking of; my bad he didn't make 400 hp, my memory isn't what it used to be.........

Ported heads, ported intake, blended carb opening... Yeah that's going to get closer to 400hp.

That's a pretty decent build.

My issue is with another build they did with a stock headed 340 and a XE268H making 390hp... ummmm... NO!
