I picked these up at a swap meet. Heavy polished stainless steel. Center piece is chromed and painted pot metal and is held in with screws from the back. Can anybody recognize the years and models?

1970 Dodge caps, Code W13. Most commonly found on Challengers, Chargers and Coronets.

EDIT: '68-'70.

My dad's 70 Swinger Dart had those. Maybe early production 70 built in 69.
