318 draw through build

This begs to be twin turbo'd! I see a torque beast, but with a 2.73 rear who needs RPM's? I seen a manifold for this on another site, should have snapped it up when I had the chance. Draw throughs are the easiest turbo to do, especially if you have some side drafts. Strap a big Mikuni or a Weber on the turbo inlet and you got yourself an instant turbo setup with barely any carb mods. At idle, the motor just lazily sucks through the compressor, no problem at all. The only issue may be at full spool: you lift your foot and there is about 30 inches of vacuum created behind the carb butterfly, enough to suck alot of fuel through the bleeds giving you a very rich decel. And there is the issue with overboost, how does it blow off? Is there a wastegate anywhere? Gotta give credit to the 80's mechanical engenuity prior to the easy MPFI revolution. Oh yeah, those Cragar Super-Trick rims are as cool as the turbo!
