Me thinks this Gent is yet another misguided profiteer.
 
At least a $10k /6 a body in my area would be an above average driver/cruise night special.
 
Well let's give the guy SOME credit, he just overtyped ONE zero. I'd still like to know what a "special' slant six is. Maybe one that "runs" after all these years?

He's worse than that. I bought my Challenger for pretty close to that, and that WAS 2008.

Not sure what its worth back east, but that's a $1k car here.

I mean, this car was at PickNPull here. Rusty roof from a vinyl top, but that was it. It's a skeleton now, pretty much every single part that unbolts has been removed (I even got a few :D). Whoever scrapped it might have gotten $500 from the yard.

This is how it should read because it is a swinger special (LL23C2)
Just look at the dash and the lack of woodgrain over the glove box and radio section, and also the emblem on the fender shows Swinger special, not the regular swinger (LH23)

I am always looking for Swinger specials because my cousin is into those but sure as hell not for 10k
 
When I see those ads I always wonder if SWMBO decreed that "It. Must. Go." and with that price he doesn't really want it gone. "But Honey, you don't want me to loose money on it, do you?"....
 
I have serious doubt about any California connection, I believe those are commercial plates and that's not a Dart Pickup truck, someone just threw those plates on the car to trick a potential buyer that it's a Cali car?:axe:
