If I paid you to deliver the part and you did not do it who is to blame? I did my part of giving the item to the guy to deliver it I also paid that guy to deliver it. I did my end of the stick in getting the part on its way to you... The issue is the person that was hired did not hold up their end of the stick. That being said the claim needs filed... If he will come to a agreement to help with the claim (I would like to try and find the part first..) Then I will start the claim.

I do not want this to continue on as this is a pissing match and is very chidish. It is childish he came to this before calming down and speaking with me in a manner with a open mind to getting things settled.
