i am getting another slant put in my dart thursday or friday. then the exhaust in the next day or 2. another new addition are the striopes and decals

What cam, carb and compression are you running?
 
I ran headers on my slant for a few years before going to a 360. Even now with a big cam v8 i still miss the sound those slants made when you got into it. My engine didn't look that good though!
 
no scratches on the valve cover, i have nice thick cloth gloves between the chain and the cover
 
d-day tomorrow. the dart goes over to my engine installer for the new engine. no sleep for me tonite.lol i'll post some more pics after the engine is in
 
Other than sillyness in the grass, LOL, what is the meaning of the crocs (gaters?) under the car?

I do like the sound of open 6 headers

Wow! I wish my Dart looked that good. Is that slant six stock?
 
nope. the slant has a mild cam with a .030 bore, offy 4 barrell intake with a 390 holley 4 barrell carb and the hooker headers
 
the dart is in the muffler shop today. it should be done by now. can't wait to go get it and drive it some.
