what to do if you have the "lost" car

Guess I would ask cousin if the price was right, you could always replace it.

Give the guy a price that would be more than enough to get another

By the way know where a 69 swinger is that is close to you and 1 family owned 83,000 mile original paint car

Give the guy the price to see how bad he wants it back.

If he doesn't like the price tell him if it ever comes up for sale you will call him.

I tried for years to buy a 62 Corvette that the guy had owned since 1970 had 300,000 miles on it but the engine needed rebuilt or replaced. He parked it in the back yard under a tree and covered with a tarp. I would stop by from time to time, left him my number as far as I know it is still sitting there. Today if it still there doubt I would want it.

Doubt Rich still has my number but it was obvious he didn't want to sell it. I was respectful, which this guy might not be if he doesn't take, it's not for sale for an answer

Double the value should leave you alone. But then he might put a wad of cash in your hand.
