Lower steering column help? Not sure what is needed?

I swapped the upper column sections (some people call them "collars") of a floor shift column over to mine as part of the conversion. Leave the tube and bushing in place. The only purpose it serves now is to support an upper section of the column. No additional bearings are required or necessary. Makes it very simple.
