I drive a truck for a living so I have a birds eye view into passing cars. I would have to say 80 to 90 percent of people are doing something with their phone when they pass.

I see them working on a laptop, holding an Ipad, talking on phones and best of all- holding a phone in one hand and a coffee or soda in the other - all the while tailgating.
Amazing what you see looking down into 4wheelers
