The car which I have had since I was two
Here are some pics of my 1975 Duster. My dad gave me this car when I was 2yrs old and it's traveled with me wherever I've gone. (I'm 26 now) I think this car is the reason for my A-body obsession! it's always been stored inside since recently.. I will be moving it from the weeds in the next couple weeks. There is plywood underneath it so nothing grew up under it, but it was the only place I could keep it well I moved. This car is next on my list after the Swinger is done. My dad has owned the car since 1980 and bought it off the guy who parked it from a minor accident. (He smashed the back end up downshifting in the rain)
Anyways I thought I'd share a picture of it... I bet it's the only highly optioned V8 3 speed standard on the column car out there!! Unfortunately the last owner hacked a hole in the floor and put a four speed in it. I do have the linkages and the column is still in it. It's still wearing its original paint and has 36,000 miles on the odometer if I remember correctly
It will be in my driveway this weekend and soaked in oil again.
