look for a VW Beatle spec tire. My Michelin XZX 165 SR15 is 25 tall on a Centerline runner. Cheap Nankang N-803 VW tire is about 24" off the rim no air, maybe add an inch. Those Kumhos are said to be 23.9"
P185/85-15 M&H Racemaster is a 27" tall runner, look at cokertire.com and plug in a few sizes
