I just mounted small bolt 14" Cragars and 215-70-14's after removing 13" wheels on my 67 Dart and got stung on the fronts (see Pic). I had to buy smaller tires for the front as I couldn't make full radius of a turn without brushing the fender - so, you may want to go smaller than 215-70-14 in the front.
