I need recommendations on tires

71 duster with a 318. I currently have 205/70R 14 tires on the car. Looks like I can not get the raised white lettered tires I want. I need suggestions on a tire size that would look the best. I believe it has 7" wide rims on it.
The power steering is very touchy, so maybe a wider tire maybe in order????? Help!
