Glad you got it figured out!
Occasionally, the floats will saturate and sink, causing the same issue. Ethanol eats/hardens the tip of the needle so it won't seat. Same with the o-ring, shrinks it so it won't seal. Just a couple of other possibles if it happens again and it's not a booger in the assembly!
