Car leans passenger side......still. Help?

I picked up a 1967 Dodge Dart GT Ragtop just before winter. The car sagged to the passenger side with some really tired leaf springs and a dead passenger shock. Today, I finished replacing the leafs with new ESPO +1 and I also replaced the shocks.

The car still leans. It is off about 1-1/4" in the rear, and about 3/4" in the front - sagging passenger side in both cases. Checked air pressure on the tires, and everything is equal.

No known accident history on the car, but I am now suspecting something happened at some point. Anyone else have any other ideas why it would sag so much and what I might do to level it out?

Thank you-
