How much for both exhaust manifolds, both valve covers and the brackets/springs/kick down rod shown and part that screws to carb that the kick down rod rides on? wish you were closer I'd like to have the higher comp 318 and would buy the whole engine....but I'm working with a bare '72 318 which need the parts I asked about.
