68 Cuda vert strip job

I have my cuda pretty much all stripped and primed. It had the original primer and paint plus primer and recoat w/enamel. A real PITA. I sanded and used stripper. I am down to the cowl and need to know if there is a way to do the vent part without distorting the painstakingly straightened vent part. Also, what is the best way to get the broken windshield parts and paint residue from out of the inner cowl I can't get my arms into the holes under the dash
