83' Mustang Hatchback GT V8 weighs 3160. 1985 4bbl 351 has 210hp / 305 ftlb in stock trim.

71 Duster V8 Auto weighs 3,353 and has 275hp in stock trim.

Assuming you really know what your buddy has ;) This really shouldnt' be a race.. you have more gear, a posi and an auto so your launch and shifts will be quicker.
