Tips? I want to take off the existing exhaust tips (non-OEM) and install the Chrome Exhaust Tips (picture attached) but have not been able to track down and information on how they are hung. I believe there is a OEM bracket of sort. Checked Summit...no go
Thanx

George...you didn't have to go and raise the car just to take a pic for me, but I do appreciate it
Moparker ... thanks

I have a pair I'd sell $40 Shipped. Brand new.

Where those chrome tips on the 67 Barracuda?
Some say yes, some no. I saw an original 67 that did not have them, and the rear panel cutouts are round.

I got my hangers from classic industries for $40 but shipping was about $12.

Has anybody order any exhaust parts from Classic Industries? I'm looking to order both left and right head pipes 2 1/4 inches for my1971 Demon 340 4 spd with original manifolds. Would like to see any positive or negatives inquires about them.
Thank you all.
El Diablo.

I thought some '67 Barracudas got the chrome tips, some didn't...but no '67 Darts have the tips...even the '67 GTS had dual turndowns at the rear.

1967 A-body cars , Dart and Barracuda did not come from the factory with chrome tips. Dual exhaust was only available for the "H" code 383 equipped vehicles and the tailpipes were of the turndown design. In 1968 the fuel tank strap/fuel tank design changed from the transverse strap design to the longitude strap design allowing for exhaust tip style tailpipes and tips to be installed. Some have modified the straps or the strap J-bolt to allow later tailpipes and tips to be installed on 67 models but this is a custom non factory installation.

I've gotten all my stock style pipes for manifolds from Accurate. It's the only place that I've bought this stuff where everything fits right the first time. You can even get a discount from this site.
