No, it's not. That's the entire lobe height including the base circle. You cannot measure lobe lift in that way, because there's no telling where the lobe is on the core. You have to either set it up in an engine and measure the actual lobe lift, or set it on V blocks on the journals on a work bench and measure the lobe lift. You cannot just stick a caliper around the entire lobe and measure it. It doesn't work that way.
