I'm looking for a rubber windshield gasket for my 67' Dart GT convertible. For some reason, I can't find any??? If interested. I have 2 tail light's in very good condition, and a very nice grille with one headlight cover missing? Also, if anyone knows where I can get the end chrome tips on my front fenders, that would be great too! Waiting to prime the Dart soon. As they say, Mopar or no car!!!! Thanks ya'll!!!:angel9:

not likely to find a 67 dart windshield gasket since its a one year style.
Change to the 68-69 dart windshield gasket and trim. Alot easier to find

I have a few 67 hardtop windshield gaskets here but I guess they are different. I did not know that.

Also, anyone who may know where I can get the tips of fender chrome. Plus the rubber seal and window for my 67' Dart GT convertible. Thank you!:banghead:

I got the Precision gasket WCRD690A and had it intalled yesterday. I got the locking strip from year one. Mine is a 69, but I think they are the same, (convertible only) I purchased it from Dante's.

has anyone had anyluck with the 68 69 gasket in a 67 dart conv and using the stock 67 chrome trim any leaks or problems . please let me know as I cant find a 67 gasket and really don't want to change to 68 69 mouldings thanks any help will be greatly appreciated

Merry Christmas and thank your family for me for their sacrifice while your are / were serving our country.

This site has some info related to barracudas but might apply to Darts as well.

Detroit muscle sells a "67" Convertible seal kit but I don't know how OE it would look. I know the windshield in my 67 Dart convertible was replaced once so I don't know if the seal is OE or not, it does not have side or top lock strips. There is a bottom lock strip that is plastic and had chrome on its surface at one time.

ALL '67-69 A-body convertibles use the same windshield gasket. They have integral lock strips on the sides and top and use the plastic lockstrip along the bottom. They are available from Steele (and possibly others)

Jim...have you used the Steele one? Thinking I'm going to need one in the future.

I have not had the side trim off but I have had the top trip off and I don't recall seeing lock strip, Maybe I missed it?

This photo is of the pass side and shows the bottom lock strip and side trim. I don't know if this was the oem gasket or a replacement but I do know that the glass was replaced in the late 70s to early 80s. The bottom plastic lock strip had chrome on it at one time.

There would have to be lock strip of some kind under the trim if there was lock strip on the sides.

One website shows 4 corner trim parts and 4 lock strips and claims it is for 67 only. Does not look right to what I have. Don't know what is correct? I'm so confused.

The rubber lock strip is part of the gasket and VERY hard to see with it folded in. The four plastic strip with four corner gasket is for the '67 hardtop.

I have not replaced the gasket yet on any of our convertibles (two '67s and one '68), but all windshields are out right now. The two '67s are getting '68-up hardtop gaskets with '68-up stainless glued down in some fashion to look decent. The '68 will get the correct (EXPENSIVE) stuff...
