My Third Times A Charm 69 Dart Swinger

Here's the painted dash with the new wiring harness going in. What a job, I managed to buy new contacts and sockets except for the steering column and dash. I used the old connectors and found contacts so I was able to keep factory connectors with new wiring and contacts. No AMP gauge for this car, it's just for looks now. The dash and roof are insulated with a lightweight glue on thermal barrier as you can see under the dash. All engine compartment items are mounted under the dash: coil, voltage regulator, ballast and starter relay. The battery is going in the trunk so I made a plate and mounted bulkhead connectors for the starter and ground cables. They come out through the firewall where the old wiring harness was. A friend gave me a like new Vintage Air 69 Chevelle evaporator and it worked out perfectly. The heater hoses go down the top outside fender well on the passenger side and the AC hoses and wiring harness go down the drivers side. More on that later. Ron Francis makes some slick billet bezels and knobs for my stock switches. Bought a new headlight switch from him also. Hope I can get it fired up by August.
