From what I've read on Uhcoog1's car he's all the way out at the fender with his tire, so a 40mm offset would probably be tight with that brake kit. He'd be the person to ask!

BUT- I don't think that 14.25" viper kit is available anymore. I know the 13" version, which I believe used the same hubs, is no longer made.

Honestly, I don't know how cool that set of rims you found is, but it would be a lot easier to find a set of rims that fit the car. Either that or you'll need to find a brake kit that increases the track width by about 10mm. DrDiff's 13" Cobra kit only increases the track width about 5mm, so you'd still need a spacer. The wilwood kits vary by application, some increase the track width by up to a 1/4" (6.3mm), but some are 0 offset and a few even decrease the track width up to a 1/4".
