It seems the low prices fall in late November thru early February.

The summer has more sales in parts & vehicles, but the prices go up.

I have seen a mint 1968 Dodge Charger 440/4 speed sell for as low as $23,000.00 in early March 2013.

There are random deals though, good luck and welcome home!
