I have as much loyalty to car manufacturers as they have to me.
That right there says a lot, LOL
I just read a fairly disturbing report, which suggests that "new car sales" are again on the rise, and that in spite of the GM recall debacle, former owners "if anything" are more "loyal" as to buying new GM than before.
Me? I'll probably never buy a new car. If I do, it won't be another GM.
But the hand - ringing on this board lately DOES disturb. I have a Dart because I'm a fan of the older Mopars. I'm not Jay Leno, so I can not own a whole selection of cars. I had to choose. I'm not going to second guess myself. This is starting to remind me of one of the photography boards that I no longer hang out on, partially because of the snobs on there
They routinely "trade off" their Nikon / Canon gear to try and keep up with the latest trend
The point? I like lots of cars. I like 65 Chevelles. I like the old shoebox Chevies and Novas. Who would NOT want an AC? or a Tiger?
The thing is, this is a Mopar "A" forum. That is what it is.
