Carpet Color Change

I have a 68 Dart GTS that had gold interior originally. Of course like most it has been converted to black. I need to purchase a new carpet in the future and was thinking of going back to a gold carpet and leaving the door panels, seats and console black. I looking for opinions on how it would look.
