Yeah, their fault. Owner said maybe the wheel wasn't set correctly before torquing the lugs. He didn't do it so maybe the tech just forgot to torque them down. Either way, their insurance is covering it. The adjuster only allowed for $28 for a drum, so I'm going to have to get them to provide a supplement for the difference.
