Help me identify this brake drum

you could send off the old hub to moser and have them make you new hubs...im not understanding what your meaning by a hub ring. i would deff call moser and ask what it would cost and seeing how it looks to be their axles see if they knew what part number they could give you to find a shelf part

The raised center part on the axle locates the drum. If the OD of the axle center register is 2.28" and the ID of a drum that fits is 2.8" then you would make a ring with an ID of 2.28" and an OD of 2.8" that the drum would locate to. This is common practice to make high performance wheels align to a hub so that they are "hub centric" and not "lug centric" (located by the center of the hub, not the lug nuts).
