i recently purchased an original "Certi-Card" holder to add to the firewall of my 68 cuda just for looks. but now that i'm sitting here looking at this lovely OEM piece, i'm thinking that a 1968 Barracuda was too early of a vehicle to be wearing a Chrysler "Certi-Card" dealer maintenance holder. i'm thinking that the Certi-Card program started on the 1970 model year. do any of you guys know about this program and when it started? my 68 cuda is 99% original and i'm now thinking it would be stupid to put this Certi-Card holder under the hood.
