'Match Race' ~ 1968 'Road Runner 383' vs. 1971 'Cuda 383'

Performance,

1968 Road Runner 383
* 4-Speed
* 3.91 Gears > {Special Performance Axle Package}
* F70 x 14" Goodyear Polyglas GT Tires

This would get you 'Dialed In' at ........... 14.50's @ 96 MPH

Remember, the early production Road Runners {pre January 15, 1968} had the horrible
freak linkage with the 'Inland Shifter'.

Note;
By swapping out the 'Inland Shifter' with the later 1968 Production 'Hurst Shifter' Mechanism, you could
knock off {-.015} off the Elapsed Time, and get down into the 14.35's.

Note;
Add Stock 'Cheater' Slicks {7.00" Wide x 27" Diameter} for Drag Race Testing, and the 'Road Runner 383'
should hit ......... 14.15's @ 98 MPH.
