I have a 69 Dart GT that needs better side moldings. Is there any repops or NOS available? mine are usable but after 40+ years, they need help.

yes my GT has , I think the same side moldings. Mine is a convertible. If I don't find any, I think I will remove them and fill the holes

Your original ones can be restored. It will cost quite a bit of money though. It all depends on what you want to spend.

No repo's available.....can be restored but big $$$.
As suggested, I would place an add, So many of these GT's were turned into GTS clones there has to be some out there! :)

nothing wrong in my book with fillin the holes!! trim like that is one reason people trek to nats and Carlisle!!!!! then if ya find some good ones there, what ya gotta pay!!???????
you would think what a certain model of car is worth after restored would have direct bearing on price of parts but NOT necessarily!!!!

The holes on mine were filled in before I bought it. Appears to have been welded.
They obviously never finished the job... but no rust hopefully means they did it right!
Looking forward to start some bodywork this winter.

I just started filling in my trim holes with a small butane torch and solder. Not super easy but seems to be holding really well.
There's a how to on body solder here http://www.carcraft.com/howto/3065/
They're filling trim holes on an early 70s dart. Pretty cool.

I also have full set of GT trim and all new clips if anyone's interested. It's got some dings and could use a polish and some new paint. Send me a message if anyone's interested.!

Thanks
