1969 Swinger heater core repl

as long as NO A/C its a breeze... just did mine in my 68 barracuda took about 1 hour... one word of caution be careful with the blower motor squirrel cage they get bent easily..so make sure its still spins true BEFORE installing it!.... good luck
 
Watch your new core. I found that the replacement ones don't have as tight of bends on the tubes and may interfere with installing in the air box. If you try to force it, you will crack the housing.

Beware and compare the new one to the old one.

Xs2 and it is a very common problem. I have seen some pictures on this site were the outlets aren't even close.
