A tough car to restore

x2 at what point does a car become a "clone"? when you have replaced more than is there to start with? IMHO You cant just build a "new" or "replacement" car around vin plates and what not and call it a restored RARE vehicle.

That has been one of my problems with some of the high dollar restores that I see.

In the antique furniture world, there is a fixed allowable amount to be replaced. After that amount no longer considered an antique..
