Are you "throwing" it, or just looking for et/speed? Unless you're looking to get to some milestone" number, I'd leave it on and forget about it. :)

I put a little electric motor on the water pump and fan.
I want to lower the tire pressure down to 17 pounds.
yes I'm trying to pull out some more stops to get the time lower.
I'm hoping to have time and money this next week to put the battery in the back.
my son is coming to visit me in a few weeks so I want to have the car ready to race
but yet I don't want to go to the track and blow it up before he gets here
