Blah blah blah, Carlisle is better than this, Carlisle is better than that!! Is the racing better?? Oh wait, they don't offer racing!! Is the nightlife better?? Oh wait, there is none! The parts selection?? Parts are parts, no matter where you buy them! I sold every part I took to the Nats!! Would I do that at Carlisle?? Not gonna drive 10 hours to find out! Why would I, all you guys are at the Nats!!! :-)
As for it not being like it was 20 years ago...neither is my haircut, my sex life, or....well, you get the picture! Enjoy it for what it is, not what it used to be!!
