It's not that I'm listening to the ney sayer's, I'm just looking and taking into consideration all of the facts that are given to me. When my Dart will be done, my guess, is it will probably weigh close to 3200 lbs with my larger wheels, brakes, sound deadening, etc. I just got my brakes in today, and man are they heavy. This will be a street car for the most part so it will be fully furnished on the inside. Don't get me wrong, this is definitely a cool swap that I'm still very interested. Thinking about it, the SRT4 swap may be too laborious in the fabrication department (more than I can probably handle with my tools and skills at this level). I'm still thinking about it, who knows, I may find a good deal on a 2.0/2.4 and stick with that.
