#3 and 4 are two halves of one windshield washer pump, broken in half. The item in 4 is the actual pump that used to be mounted onto the base in photo 3. Remove them both until you find a replacement. The clip may be from the torsion bar frame socket, but that is just a guess. The item in photo 1 looks like the electrical connector to the brake proportioning sensor, but it could be something else.
