Is it me or do the folks at NPD not give a rats *** about Mopars? I went into the local (metro Detroit) warehouse. 0 Mopar parts. I asked for a Mopar catalogue, they just sat there with a dumb look on their faces. I asked them why they didn't have Mopar stuff in Detroit and they said that peoplel don't buy Mopar stuff so they don't stock it. So I went online to compare parts prices against other retailers. Let us use windshield gaskets for example. You look it up and there is a price listed but no indication as to which car it is for. You click on the applications button. NO DATA. Then I went to the FREE CATALOGUES tab. Guess what. They don't make a Mopar catalogue. Strange that there is a link for mopar parts yet somehow it is impossible to purchase them. Now, is it me ir is the point of a parts warehouse to sell parts? IS IT ANY WONDER PEOPLE DONT BUY PARTS FROM YOU NPD:wack:.

All Mopar Performance parts are usually stock at Chrysler's Sherwood Depot. NPD is just supplier for regional zone depots like Detroit/Chicago etc. Unfortunatley most employees there only know enough to just do their particular job. All veterans have long since retired. To my knowledge Chryslers national depot is not opened to the public?

I don't know if we are talking about the same NPD? There is one in ocala fl. that I use to get parts when my wife had her 66 mustang. We were there about a year ago and I asked the guy if they had any plans to carry Mopar stuff and they just laughed and said NO! You going to have to go to Year One or Classic industry.

Have to keep in mind that NPD started out as a Rustang only parts supplier. They were Rustang exclusively for a long time and have only added other makes as they saw opportunity for sales.
