moving to Colorado

I almost consider myself a native, lived in Colorado over 50 years. Grew up in Denver graduated inner city high school. Worked in Denver, the ski/ resort areas for 12 years, worked Colorado Springs area for almost 5 years, worked in the Arkansas Valley La Junta pronounced La Hunta about 50 east of Pueblo, Co. Spent the last 25 years in northern colorado working in Fort Collins and living in Windsor.

Like others have said, it's a very diverse state with lots to offer, except air so the cars don't run like when your at sea level.

Still today I travel all over the U.S. doing consulting work and get asked regularly what my favorite place is and I always comment that there is no place like home.
