Does anyone know who the manufacture of these wheels was? They are 14" x 10" wide with a 4" bolt pattern.

There were a few manufacturers that built wheels like these back in the day! I had a set on my car back in the day and they were made by Superior wheels

The ones on my Dart are ansen sprints (I think) from about 72 or 73.................................................Jeff

Always been a fan of the aluminum slots myself. Still have a few nice sets squirreled away.
I would luv to buy a new set of those formula 1 tires to sport around on today.
Cool seeing the old 70s stuff surface now and again.

check the back side of the wheel. vintage wheels usually have a manufacturers name or mark cast into them on the back.

look like Fentons to me.

check the back of the wheel for a manufacturers casting mark, or name. they loo like Fentons to me

I wouldn't use those on my car. Looks like somebody hogged out the ID to the point where it's almost to the lug hole. In fact you can see there the pressure from the lug nut is pushing the aluminum into the center hole. That's why the center hole doesn't look round in the pic. Also, if you look at the outer diameter of the washer (or where the washer would be) you can see that the washer would actually extend into the center hole (register) area. Unless you cut one side off the washer it will hit against the boss that sticks out of the spindle or axle. It's just my opinion but they don't look safe to me. Is it worth losing a wheel going down the road at 60 MPH Mopar???

I'm not for certain that the wheel has been modified in any way... Cause I have a set that look extremely similar, (may even be the same? Dunno) and they are the same way. Without the deformation. And they don't appear to be modified.

very common. Can find them all over craigslist and new. Called shot wheels, made by nearly everyone

Brandon, how do you get the large washer on there without it running into the axle hub (register). Everything I know about wheels tells me that the manufacturer would never design a wheel that didn't have at least 3/16" -1/4" material all the way around the hole. You can actually see the material (in the ID of the center hole) failing. No engineer would design something that would fail only to get sued by the purchaser. I know the OP will use them if he chooses but it's just not worth it because once the small piece of aluminum on the inside breaks off (and it will eventually) the lug nut will get loose. Once the lug nuts start coming loose all bets are off. JMO "safety first"!!!

Aftermarket wheels rarely fit the axle register. Magnum 500's for example don't even have a register. The center hole was not hogged out and the wheel is almost 1" thick at that point so there is no chance of them breaking or of the lug washer hitting the register. The register in fact is appears oversized like it would fit over any axle, Ford, GM, Chrysler. It almost appears that they pre machined the wheels and then as needed they added whatever bolt pattern they needed at a later date.
