WInd whistle changing to high piercing shrill noise

I'm guessing that the whistle comes while driving with the top up? I nearly always drive topless, so I never hear a whistle in mine.

I would guess that either window to top has a gap or you need to replace the door and top seals.

The whistle is most noticeable on my car with the top down. It does noy seem to be there with the top up.
