Anyone Seen Wheels Like This Before?

I'm not for certain that the wheel has been modified in any way... Cause I have a set that look extremely similar, (may even be the same? Dunno) and they are the same way. Without the deformation. And they don't appear to be modified.

Brandon, how do you get the large washer on there without it running into the axle hub (register). Everything I know about wheels tells me that the manufacturer would never design a wheel that didn't have at least 3/16" -1/4" material all the way around the hole. You can actually see the material (in the ID of the center hole) failing. No engineer would design something that would fail only to get sued by the purchaser. I know the OP will use them if he chooses but it's just not worth it because once the small piece of aluminum on the inside breaks off (and it will eventually) the lug nut will get loose. Once the lug nuts start coming loose all bets are off. JMO "safety first"!!!
