Saskatoon downtown show Aug 24 - some pics

Saskatoon members! There is a car show downtown tomorrow, Aug 24, apparently around 900 cars or more will be there. I'm working at a potash mine in Vanscoy, but living in Saskatoon. I work night shift, and our bus picks us up at 4:00, so we're leaving an hour early to catch the car show.

I'd be up for meeting any Saskatoon members who will be there. Post some info about your car here and I'll look out for you. I'll most likely be in black pants, a plaid flannel shirt, work boots, and I have a beard.
 
Well, I wandered through, didn't happen to meet anyone. Sadly I only had a half hour, but got to see some cool cars. It's been sunny and hot the past month, and decided today to be rainy and cold. Still looked like a good turnout though.

This '64 Fairlane Thunderbolt was bad ***. We saw the guy slamming through the gears yesterday, having an absolute blast in the thing. It sounded great too.









































 
I would have been there normally. This is the first time I missed that show in many years.

.........Dam Mike u should of messaged me, we were at the lake that weekend but its only an hour away.....we went to see the jet cars and top alkyhol funny cars at SIR this past Saturday.......I wasn't aware that u were still out this way.......kim.....
