Is there a flexible fitting which connects to the condenser drain on the factory air?

The drain pan on my 69 setup had a 3/8 tube with a seal ( it looks like pipe insulation). The seal pressed against the firewall and the tube just stubbed through.

Thanks for the reply and photos - I'll have to get some of that foam, and extend the tube as well.
