The wife has been out of town so I am doing my own food shopping right now. I was rummaging through the cabinet and when I checked the ingredients to her muffin mix it has:

If I remember right that's anti-freeze. The stuff that you don't leave lying around in order not to poison your pets or wondering animals. I guess it really does taste sweet. Next time that you are grocery shopping, check it out, they all have it. How bad is this for you in these volumes?- the wife loves to make muffins.
I wasn't expecting that. Low carbs, low fat, fat free, yadda yadda-but not anti-freeze.
What else besides aspartame and nitrates should I be looking out for?:evil3:
