I got my Spectra tank from Jeff at 521 Restorations. But I'm a little closer to the border and had it delivered to Montana and then picked up by a friend. He is absolutely great to deal with and FABO members get a break too! Here's a link to his site. It looks like he is out of stock on a bunch though.
